Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow customers to inquire about or purchase products from The Simply Dipped Collection. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the functionality or security of the site.
Product Information
The Simply Dipped Collection specializes in handcrafted chocolate-dipped treats and baked goods. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, decoration, and presentation may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately display products and descriptions, but availability, ingredients, and designs may change without notice.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may be requested through our website contact form or order request form. We recommend submitting custom order requests at least two weeks prior to your event date to ensure availability. Orders placed within five (5) days of the event date may incur a 10% rush fee, subject to availability. Submitting a request form does not guarantee order acceptance until the order has been confirmed by The Simply Dipped Collection.
Deposits and Payment
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the event date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of order confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the order.
Cancellations and Payment Obligations
If an order is canceled, the following terms apply:
- 14 or more days before the event: Deposit retained; no additional balance due
- 7–13 days before the event: 75% of the total order price due
- Less than 7 days before the event: Full balance due
Refund Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Personal taste preference
- Approved design dissatisfaction
- Environmental damage after pickup or delivery
- Event cancellations
- Failure to follow storage instructions
- Orders not picked up at the scheduled time
Product Handling and Storage
Chocolate-dipped treats and baked goods may be sensitive to heat and environmental conditions. Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or otherwise transferred to the customer, The Simply Dipped Collection is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Heat exposure
- Outdoor environments
- Improper storage
- Transportation after pickup
Customers are responsible for following any storage or handling instructions provided.
Pickup and Delivery
Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location unless delivery arrangements have been made. If an order is not picked up within the scheduled timeframe and no prior communication has been received, The Simply Dipped Collection cannot guarantee product quality or availability.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:
- Milk
- Eggs
- Wheat
- Soy
- Peanuts
- Tree nuts
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies prior to ordering. While we take care in preparing our treats, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, branding, product descriptions, and written content, is the property of The Simply Dipped Collection and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Simply Dipped Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or consumption of our products.
