Ordering custom desserts should be simple and stress-free. Our process is designed to help you share your vision, confirm details, and receive beautifully crafted chocolate-dipped treats made specifically for your event.
2. Review & Confirmation
We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and will connect with you to discuss further details regarding pricing, pickup or delivery, and completion of our agreement.
3. Creation & Pickup/Delivery
Your custom treats will be handcrafted and carefully prepared and ready for pickup for your event date.
To ensure the best availability and planning time, we recommend submitting custom order requests with at least 2 weeks’ notice whenever possible.
Custom order requests submitted within 5 days of the event date may incur a 10% rush fee, depending on availability and production capacity.
